Somerset - New Habitat Bank Coming Soon!

Our next habitat bank is set to open in the Somerset LPA, strategically located to deliver BNG units throughout the Somerset Levels and up to Bristol.

The site will generate 133 off-site Habitat Units available for developers to reserve and purchase immediately, helping to fulfill BNG planning requirements.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀:

The site lies adjacent to an extensive wetland landscape that is an SSSI and Special Area of Conservation. This area holds cultural and archaeological significance, as well as ecological importance through supporting the extensive wetland and peatland network.
