Section 106 signed at Sleight Farm

How long do you think it takes to get a S106 agreed to secure BNG units? 6 months? 2 years? Guess again..

Many stakeholders within the industry have been concerned about the timeframes to agree a S106 to secure biodiversity gain sites, and how this could negatively impact planning applications, where off-site BNG units need to be delivered, pre-commencement.

In response to this, we are pleased to share that we have secured a S106 in just six weeks from instruction of solicitors!

A special thanks to Andrew Pearce and Samantha M. of Bath & North East Somerset Council, Chris May and Penny Simpson of Freeths and Nigel Hewitson of Davitt Jones Bould (DJB) for making this happen.

We look forward to agreeing many more S106s in the coming months as we bring ground breaking restoration schemes to market, throughout the country. 🌱

Developers and planners, we have 393 units immediately available to purchase at this site to capture demand in the broader area. We look forward to hearing from you 👉 info@biofarm.co.uk!
