The Government has today released its response to the consultation on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) regulations and implementation.

The requirement for BNG will become mandatory from November 2023. These incoming legislative changes to how the planning and development sector deals with biodiversity are here to stay. So are we - the UK’s leading supplier of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Habitat Units.
